All of our Educators are required to have, at minimum, a B.A., and 5 years of experience working with children. In addition, Teachers complete a rigorous 4 week training prior to joining a classroom as a Co-Lead or Assistant Teacher. During these initial 4 weeks, Teachers spend half of the day assisting and observing in classrooms, and half of the day in training which covers everything from our curriculum, observation & assessment techniques and guidance & discipline methods, to emergency preparedness and family engagement. All of our Educators are required to have, at minimum, a B.A., and 5 years of experience working with children. VALUES

OUR TEACHERS EVALUATIONS ARE GUIDED BY 4 VALUES

We understand the importance of highly experienced, engaged, and intentional Educators, and what a difference this makes to the life of a young learner. We pay our Teachers well above average salaries, pay 100% of their medical/dental/vision premiums, offer 3 weeks of time off each year, provide support and resources throughout the day, and allow Teachers the opportunities to participate in ongoing professional development.
